Our team has been around the real estate business for many years and focuses on purchasing homes via Lease Purchase, Owner Financing, and other non-conventional methods. We assist buyers with a plan to gain the time they need for credit repair, mortgage qualifying, seasoning, or building up a down payment.
We help families accomplish their dream of home ownership as well as partner with sellers that receive full market value for their homes. We usually buy between 3-5 properties monthly and a large percentage of those are done with creative financing.
